It's like Adam & Eve and director Daniel Dakota decided to go out with Carmen Luvana and the title of the film when they made this film. The very name "Lady Scarface" was supposed to evoke certain associations with the best "gangster" action films. However, the film turned out to be much lower level than similar films of the Digital Playground company (Rush, No Limits).
